Re:discovery can provide on-site or web-based training classes to demonstrate the program and answer your questions one-on-one. Many of our software packages already include some introductory training, and you can opt to purchase additional training as needed at any time. MONTHLY INTRODUCTION TO PROFICIO WEBINARS
Do you have new employees, seasonal staff, expanded responsibilities or new projects? Are you a new user of Proficio or Proficio Elements? Re:discovery conducts regularly scheduled Introduction to Proficio webinars each month that are open to all clients with a current support plan. They last approximately 90 minutes. In addition to training new staff, this is a great way for users to review the basics or to learn about features they have not used yet. These introductory webinars cover everything you need to know to get started in your Proficio system: basic navigation, data entry, searching, filtering, reporting, and much more. MONTHLY SPECIAL TOPIC WEBINARS
Re:discovery conducts regularly scheduled special topic webinars each month that are open to all clients with a current support plan. Each month will focus on a different topic or feature in Proficio. They usually last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the topic. Past topics have included the List Pane, Word Search, Import/Export, Speeding Up Data Entry, Filters, Data Cleanup, Proficio Reports, and Proficio Mobile – just to name a few! RECORDED TRAININGS AND TUTORIALS
Re:discovery offers recorded versions of our monthly live introductory and special topic training webinars. Our video platform allows clients to access these recordings at their own convenience. Additionally, a whole series of short tutorials on Proficio functions and features are continuously being added. The platform has separate albums of videos available for both our Proficio/Elements users and our ICMS users.
