Clients on a Support Plan

Those with a support plan pay only the monthly fee for this service and there are no time restrictions.


DOI and NPS sites and contractors using ICMS are covered under a department-wide support plan.

Hourly and Per Incident Support

Clients not on a support plan may receive assistance for a fee.  Please contact Tech Support for information.

Additional Ways to Get Assistance:

1. Re:discovery Help System: Press F1 from anywhere in your software or click the Help option on the Menu Bar to activate the online Help System. The online help includes search features common to current Windows help systems.

2. Re:discovery User Manual: An electronic copy of the manual in a Microsoft Word Document format (complete with a table of contents and index) is available. The manual is located within the Re:discovery folder on each workstation (the default is Program Files(x86)Rediscovery Software IncRediscovery Proficio WorkstationDocsRediscovery 8 Manual.doc).

3. Online: Clients can visit the password-protected Proficio Support Resources or ICMS Support Resources sections for white papers, FAQ, and more.
