Choose the plan that suits your needs, whether installing the software on your local system, or having it hosted in the cloud

Proficio Desktop: License or Subscription
Install Proficio or Proficio Elements on your local computer or network.  For Proficio Elements the package includes the Collections module, the Library & Archives module, Images & Multimedia, Training, & 90 days of free Technical Support.

Yearly Technical Support Plan – Highly recommended, but optional. Updates and upgrades are included.

Proficio Cloud Hosted: License or Subscription
Proficio or Proficio Elements Cloud Hosted, simply log in to your system via any web browser. For Proficio Elements the package includes the Collections module, the Library & Archives module, training, Technical Support, updates, and upgrades.

Concurrent Users
The software is priced by the number of users who will be using the system at one time. For example, you could have many users, but if only one staff member is logged in at a time, then you only need to purchase for a single-user.
